You will need the following to register:

• Payor Name
• Payor Address (address 1, address 2, City, State, ZIP)
• Non-custodial Parent (Address 1, Address 2, City, State, ZIP, Country)
• Non-custodial Parent Social Security Number
• Non-custodial parent Case Number *

*If the Non-custodial Parent has multiple case numbers, only one is needed to register
